Getting Started Guide

1. Account Setup

After completing the signup process you will be taken to the account page. From the account page you can configure your Redirector. The first thing you will want to configure is your app’s name. This will set the subdomain of your Redirector in the following format: yourapp.appstoreredirector.com. For example, naming your app “Amazon” will make your Redirector available at amazon.appstoreredirector.com.

2. Configure Redirects

Next use the “Apple App Store URL” and “Android App Store URL” form fields to set redirects for your desired device targets. iPhones will be redirected to the Apple App Store URL and Android devices will be redirected to the Android App Store URL.

3. Custom Domain Configuration

With a paid subscription, customize your Redirector with a custom domain, secured with SSL. Configure your custom domain, for example, yourapp.yoursite.com, and update your DNS records through your provider. Follow these guides for DNS configuration:

After DNS record propagation and validation, you'll be able to enable SSL for your domain.

4. Additional Device Types

As a paid subscriber, you can also direct users to specific URLs based on their device type, including Mac, Linux, Windows, in the same manner as the App Store URLs.
